Parque Vera 1 is a quiet urbanization, behind Natsun. It is a 2 minute walk from the beach and near to Tiggers.  Parque Vera 1 is constructed in a square around beautiful mature communal gardens with a pretty pool

This Urbanisation is about 8 years old now. The gardens have really benefited from this and in the spring and summer they are full of vibrant colour.  As can be seen from the long shadows, this photograph was taken in the autumn. 

Apartment 45 is in Bloque 2 of this Urbanisation, one of 3 small apartment blocks that have 6 apartments on 2 floors. The rest of the Urbanisation consists of town houses enclosing the communal gardens, so there is a high level of privacy and security.

Apartment 4.5 is on the ground floor. Although technically a studio, because it has no separate bedroom, this is a large studio, with bed / sitting room, separate large dining kitchen and bathroom. It probably has only slightly less floor space than many 1 bedroomed apartments in more recent urbanisations
